There are not enough stars available for this gem of a realtor.

She represented me as a seller and took care of EVERYTHING. She treated me as if I was her only client, which I know for a fact was not the case.

She was calm, she kept me calm and she dealt with our complicated circumstances. She was graceful, tactful, sensitive and a ruthless negotiator.

She also represented me in my recent attempt to buy. She got me into contract right away!!!! And my competition was two other cash buyers.

It’s like she’s a magical, real estate unicorn. Wish I could clone her.

Do yourself a favor and seek her representation.

Right from the first time I met Jessica, I knew I was going to work for/with her. She has a way of making you feel valued and heard. When I decided to join the team, she was very welcoming and asked me about my goals. 4-5 months into the team now, I can tell you that she really listened to my goals and made a huge effort to help me grow and progress towards those goals.
She is always available to answer my calls, questions and provide me with valuable insight.
Another great quality that I learned from Jessica is working hard. It can get exhausting and sometimes hard to see the silver lining in difficult deals, but she has never ever discouraged anyone of us from taking on a challenge and going an extra mile, not for a few more dollars, but to get our clients what they truly want and deserve. This client first approach is SO important in real estate and Jessica is an exemplary example of what a real estate agent should be.
