Jessica made everything about moving out of our home of 35 years so much easier.
She came and talked to us, and answered all our questions long before we were ready to put the house on the market.
When we were ready she walked through the house with us, and gave us good advice about what we needed to do to make the house most attractive to buyers. Then she had the photos taken by a professional photographer for the website.
During the entire selling process she gave us advice when we asked for it, but then let us make the decisions. We felt totally supported by her, we called her anytime when we had a question. She was always quick to respond, and always kept us updated on the process.
Jessica was professional, a joy to work with, and we are so glad we chose her as our realtor.

I am in trouble for hiring Jessica you see I have a friend that is close to me and she has a daughter that is also a realtor, but I chose Jessica because she knew the area and her reviews, it was rough at first since the home I was selling was small and she found space that I had not counted and this increase the size, she changed the strategy of how to list the home when it wasn't moving fast enough, and I had a buyer's change their mind and I got discouraged , I
was ready to rent the home out but I also knew that I would be living out of town, she takes to me and told me to hang in there with her, we'll I decided that she was doing a great job so far that I would stick it out, we'll I was looking at selling it for about 230, she sold it for 250 and plus got another 10g's for a cancelation, she was my right choice , I would send anyone to her as someone you can count on.
