I first met Jessica in 2007. I still have the most wonderful memories of my first house buying experience. Jessica, never made me feel pressured. She made me feel like a friend and treated me like family. She took time and made every effort then just as she has done now to help me find exactly what I need to fit my families needs.

Fast forward to 2025 and my kids have grown. Downsizing was inevitable and Jessica was my first call. She is just as amazing, and even more knowledgeable now. My house sold before the open house. ( my first showing made the offer.) She has gone above and beyond what I have ever imagined possible to help my family fly over any bump that might have come up and she got us into our happily ever after.
I would 100% recommend Jessica to anyone. She will treat you like family and take care of you. She has helped me find homes in both Bucks and Berks County.

If you don't use her as your realtor you would be doing yourself and your family and Injustice she was on top of her A game in every aspect. Jessica is very friendly and has a portal that makes it easy to find houses that interest you. She puts in your specifications and you are sent houses as soon as they become available. Then when you find one you like, Jessica gets you an appointment to view it in person as soon as possible. She makes the process easier and less stressful.

Jessica Layser was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable about every aspect of real-estate. She kept me informed through the whole process of selling my home. My house sold my house the first day on the market due to the foot traffic. She put my house on her website before it went on the market which set the first day on the market on fire. I had so many people look at my house that first day that there were actually arguments outside between potential buyers. It was such a fabulous experience selling my house and using Jessica and her team. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house and I have recommended her to a few people that bought and sold houses with her and if I ever decide to move back to the Pennsylvania area I will be giving Jessica a call.

We moved from Long Island in New York after 21 years and raising a family of four. It was time to retire to a position at Temple University. Location for our new home was critical for a reasonable commute. My wife and I met Jessica at an open house. Jessica immediately started with regular showings. Despite having a family, Jessica was always available and immediately responsive! Jessica proved to be very knowledgeable about the construction of houses! This was very helpful while we were looking. We made one offer on a house, only to find exactly how competitive the real estate market is. Very daunting! With Jessica's help, we found a near perfect house in Oreland. Amazingly, our offer was accepted by the seller. Jessica played a giant role in seeing the completion of our purchase. In hindsight, it all happened quickly, with no major hitches.

What else can we say? Jessica is a wonderful person, an experienced real estate agent, and extremely persistent! You have our strongest recommendation to use Jessica Layser as your realtor if you are either buying or selling!

I feel so lucky to have found Jessica. It was a tuff decision to move from the house that my children grew up in. Jessica was patient and basically held our hand through the entire process. There was not one time that we couldn’t reach her. Jessica Layser is an absolutely amazing Realtor! I have had the pleasure to work with Jessica several times over the past couple of years. The purchase and then the sale of my first home and just recently the purchase of my second home in an insane market. While I know that Jessica’s schedule is crazy busy, I never felt it once. She has a natural way of making you feel like you are her only client.
