If you want to work with someone who not only exudes excellence in her work but is also a wonderful and caring human, this is the person you want to work with on one of the biggest decisions and purchases of your life.

We first contacted Jessica over a year ago to discuss our timeline and what things we could do to our home to get it "list ready" within our budget. Our plan included a cross country move, which felt very overwhelming mentally and physically to me. She not only put my mind at ease, letting me know she'd be there every step of the way and that she’d do all the “heavy lifting” but she also researched and found us not one, but two, realtors to help us on the other side of our move. (We changed our mind on what state we were moving to, which is when she found us a second realtor and put us in contact with him.) She checked in with us on occasion to see if we were still on track with our timeline and I kept in touch with her letting her know which upgrades we made throughout the year.

As our anticipated move date approached, an opportunity presented itself in the area we planned to relocate to and we jumped on it a little prematurely to our timeline. I called her on a Sunday evening to let her know we were in contract and needed to list our house asap and she leaped into action and we were on market with a beautifully staged house and professional photography executed in less than a week. This was certainly not an ideal situation for her (or us) but she worked overtime to help us get into contract on our house so that our house purchase transaction would be executed without issues or delays. I already felt confident and knew we were in good hands with her when we started the process but was in awe of her work when I got to see it firsthand. The way she transformed our house from looking like a “well lived in home of toddlers” to a model home was mind blowing. Her attention to detail was inspiring and I can only hope to make our new home look half as good as she made ours. Additionally, on the administrative side of things, her communication skills were top notch and she was always very quick to respond to any question we had by phone or text and stayed fully on top of every task that had to be done for a seamless escrow. 5/5 would highly recommend and use again.

The Best is an understatement! I do not have a word to describe the quality, care, or time that Jessica provided. She made our home a model. Everything she said she would do, SHE DID! From the beginning to the end she had sold our home as though it was effortless!

What a privilege to work with Jessica! I planned the daunting task of selling my house in Brentwood and moving across the country. Quite an undertaking indeed. I knew I wanted to work with Jessica as I was familiar with her knowledge base for not only the market in general but in our specific area. From the initial meeting I knew I was in great hands. I appreciated her organization and mapping out a timeline of events that would take place eg. staging, listing, open house, etc... It helped tremendously to keep us moving in a positive direction but mostly to ease the stress level. This was a huge piece of mind. I greatly appreciated that she always made herself available and was just a text or call away, and no question was left unanswered. Looking back, I think I asked a lot of questions, probably too many....sorry Jessica! During the process of preparing my house to sell, listing and closing (as if that wasn’t a job in itself) Jessica worked to help me find a realtor across the country to work with in my new home state.
I am very grateful to have had the privilege to work with Jessica. If you want results, professionalism yet down to earth, knowledge of the market and current trends, and a realtor that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Jessica. You will not be disappointed!

Jessica was recommended to us by a friend who had a wonderful experience with her. This was our first time selling our house, so we did not know much about the whole process. Jessica was extremely professional and very prepared. During our first meeting, she answered all of our questions and broke everything down for us. She also presented an impressive Power Point presentation for us, which made it easier to understand. At first, we were worried about selling our home during the pandemic. But, this did not phase Jessica! She was very determined to sell our home in a reasonable amount of time and for a great price. Jessica worked VERY hard and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I LOVED the way she staged our house (so much that I almost changed my mind on selling, LOL). We were able to sell our house faster than we thought and a lot higher than our asking price. Jessica was AMAZING and I highly recommend!!!

From the very beginning, my husband & I were impressed by Jessica's professionalism. She became our biggest ally from day 1 & she took away all of our fears & hesitations- even in the midst of selling our home during a pandemic! Jessica genuinely had our best interests at heart the entire time & she worked SO hard to not only keep us informed throughout the process, but ultimately find us the best buyer for our home not even 48 hours after hitting the market. Jessica's marketing & staging services were super critical & on-trend. But perhaps the biggest takeaway was that Jessica was ALWAYS available. She was a text away from answering any question, at any time. No question was below her & she became a trusted friend to us during one of the biggest decisions of our life. We would highly recommend Jessica as your realtor - you won't regret it & you will walk away with not only a wonderful experience, but a friend for life.
