As an Oak Ridge, North Carolina, resident for more than 15 years, she has expert knowledge of the local area and a pulse on the current market trends/behavior. Forever committed to the prosperity of the region, Jessica does more than sell homes; she builds communities. Jessica was born and educated in Southern California, where her interest in real estate first began. She has extensive experience in construction management and design, having received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering – emphasis in construction from San Diego State University, certifications in AutoCAD, and extensive work history in the industry. The experience in the construction/design field coupled with her more recent entrepreneurial endeavors allow Jessica to see value where others may not, which is a tremendous resource for clients making one of the most important investments of their life.

Jessica and her loving husband currently raise their four children in the wonderful Oak Ridge community where she volunteers and serves on the school committees. Always eager to make a difference in children’s lives, she served as a Girl Scout leader for nine years. When Jessica is not busy tending to the real estate needs of her clients or serving on her kid’s gymnastics and school booster clubs, she enjoys her hobbies of knitting, crafting, and making shirts. Jessica is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, Greensboro Realtors Association (GRA), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as well as holds a Short Sales/Foreclosures/REO (SFR) designation.
