I have never personally met Jessica. I am buying a house that was listed by her. The house was listed as is, and we fell in love with it. The sellers for one unwilling to do anything for the house. Even a cleaning of the house was out of consideration. Jessica made sure the house was clean, presentable, and ready for us to move in. Thank you Jessica for you are amazing service!

We have nothing but great things to say about Jess and her team. We have had some horrible experiences with Realtors in the past and we were expecting the same old thing when selling this house. Well, Jess changed our outlook on everything. From the very first phone call, we could tell she was different. Throughout the ENTIRE process, from the first phone call to closing, she made us feel like we were her only priority and that was important to us. She is very knowledgeable and she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and she delivered on everything she said she would do. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone if you want to sell (or buy) a home. She is a true blessing and we are forever grateful for how she handled everything. I seriously cannot recommend Jessica McCollum enough if you're looking for a place in or near Vancouver, WA.

She was so helpful every step of the way, helped us get a phenomenal deal, and handled literally every detail so I could stay in my lane and focus on work and my kids. (Imperative for COVID times.)

Even if you're looking in Portland, do yourself a favor and check things out on the side of the river. The whole no income tax thing is saving me so much that it almost covers the entire mortgage.

I appreciated working with Jess because she was fun, responsive, and was great with her assistant in responding to your inquiries quickly .
I LOVED THAT! I asked her to do somethings that I doubt that she has done before such as finding a white, down draft, electric stove which was the only stove that would be acceptable for that unit in the condo park. We found one. She also tried to keep an eye out for the handymen who turned the unit around to get it sell ready. She and her charming assistant worked for their money. I live in another state from the condo. So there was more work for them to do from their end. I would have kept the condo except WA state has their own estate laws so I needed to get rid of WA state. Thank you. I'll miss Jess and Maria.

Once upon a time MaryJo and Rey reached out to Jess McCollum to find them their forever home. They expressed how after almost a year of searching in the Seattle area, not being able to find anything that would meet their budget and criteria. Finding something affordable that didn't come with a laundry list of issues was a must. Jess and her assistant Hannah were quick to customize their search and meet with them in a couple of days. On the day they met, Jess introduced MaryJo and Rey to their forever home. What an unexpected and wonderful surprise to find their forever home!
