Listing my house with Jessica Newell made the sale of our house very easy and smooth in a very difficult market. She got us a contract above our asking price, even though the market was down, and was a pro negotiating details of the contract. She was always there when we had questions, and had contacts with contractors for work that needed to be done at very reasonable prices. We are really pleased that we chose Jessica to list and sell our multi-unit, family home and to represent our interests. We are three siblings, two live outside the state. Jessica was great at communicating with us and with the tenants. She arranged the showings and inspections. She rode to our rescue and recommended people we could hire to clean out the many years of accumulated stuff in the basement, attic and garage. We felt our best interests were well represented throughout the process. We - all three of us - would definitely recommend Jessica.

Our home search/sale was more complicated than most because we had 3 opinionated adults that needed to agree on which house would be our new home. Jessica was wonderful and patiently took us to house after house to find exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely flexible and was always available to show us homes, even with short notice. Once we chose a home, Jessica was spectacular in helping us navigate through the complex process, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest and sound advice.
When it came to selling our home, Jessica spent a lot of time researching the comps in the area to make sure we were priced correctly so that we would attract the right buyers. Listing with Jessica provided multiple offers and allowed us to get the most money for our home.
During the process Jessica just wasn’t our Real Estate Agent, she became our friend. She advocated for us and made she we were comfortable every step of the way.
I cannot say enough great things about Jessica and RE/MAX inStyle Realty. While I hope not to be moving in the near future, if I do, Jessica will be my first call.

My wife and I first met Jessica by chance after seeing a house that she had listed on the market. We had interacted with numerous other agents but after meeting Jessica that day, we decided that we really liked her demeanor and professionalism. From the minute we contacted her, she was super accommodating and never made us feel that we were asking too much. We really could not have found a better realtor! Having gone through the home buying process many times before, I can say with confidence that Jessica is one of the best, if not THE BEST realtor I have dealt with. My wife and I recently decided to sell our home in central NJ, a home where we had lived or nearly 20 years. We would highly recommend Jessica if you are thinking of moving on. Every home sale is different- each one has its own set of unexpected challenges, and we had our share to be sure (inspections, loans institutions, attorneys, etc., etc.!) Starting with the initial interview and home visit, Jessica paid special attention to our questions and concerns, and gave us a plan that was aligned with our expectations. She alerted us to all potential inspection issues early on in the process, which allowed us to make necessary repairs with little to no stress. Her promotional plans and formal sales materials were buttoned up and professional. In many respects, Jessica was a "one-stop shop" for our entire home selling experience. She had recommendations for quality real estate attorneys, septic contractors, home staging professional, and was knowledgable about the regulatory and inspection procedures (zoning, fire, general home, etc.) and seemed to know the right people at the township. Jessica was always available -night or day, and provided an overall calm, assuring us that any problem that arose was something that she had seen before, and had dealt with it successfully.
