We chose Jessica Oertel to broker our home because of recommendations by two different friends who gave very positive accounts of her abilities. We received an offer before the property was even listed, so she did not have to publicize, advertise, prepare on-line videos on the web, and so forth, because the initial offer was taken and closed. Jessica represented both the seller and the buyer.
Things that stood out prominently in our experience with her were:
1. Experience- she obviously had experienced all of the myriad issues and challenges which make selling a home so stressful, and was able to calm us with her perspective.
2. Trust- we never had reason to feel that she favored the buyer or her own interests above ours. She was very diligent about full disclosure.
3. Accessible- she unfailingly answered our calls and texts. We were kept in the loop of developments.

Jessica was referred to us by a friend, we've been looking for a long time and had all but given up. Everyone's so busy these days it's sometimes hard to even get a call back. When we first spoke to her she asked us a wide variety of questions to get a better understanding of what we needed and said she'd give us a call back. Four days later she called and had some properties she thought we would like. She showed us six properties that were really close to what we're looking for but not quite perfect for us and we have an appointment later this weekend to go out again. We just wanted to leave this review for anyone that's discouraged... Jessica's there for you :) just like she's helping us she'll help you as well.

I am a speculative home builder and General Contractor, Jessica has sold and marketed 9 of my homes. You will not find a harder working Agent. She follows thru everytime, negotiates all the terms to benefit you. Fights too get you what you need. You only sell or buy property a few times in your life. You should have an Agent that is hands on, works for you. She has done great things for us and I highly recommend you call her.
