Jessica was born and raised in Andale, Kansas. It was there where she learned to trace the pattern of good work mentality and ethics. As a farmer’s daughter, there wasn’t a job on the farm that she couldn’t complete! In addition to that, she attended her first land purchase closing as a young child. This only continued to spark her interest in real estate. Her values and beliefs circle around the idea that one creates their own greatness. Jessica believes success is not derived from entitlement but hard work and dedication, set on repeat, to make business relationships successful and great.

In 2006, Jessica began her professional career at Little Apple Real Estate in Manhattan Kansas. She also completed the Americorp program while she put herself through college at Kansas State University. Jessica has volunteered at Mount Hope Care Home and The Wichita Children’s Home. She is very passionate about helping others.

Jessica is happily married to her husband Josh, with 5 children and 2 dogs (Bailey and Addie). Her family loves to play at the lake and enjoy water sports there. She loves to paint, draw, and craft things. Jessica belongs to Saint Joseph Parish in Andale and is a member of the altar society.

Jessica has been trained by the industry’s best! She has also guided new agents in mentoring programs. It was during her mentoring where she was able to give newer agents her years of experience and guidance. Whether a colleague, customer or client, she truly loves to watch their growth in succeeding.

Jessica earned a prestigious award in 2020 and 2021, as the #4 agent in sales for Reece Nichols South Central Kansas. Over the years she has accomplished President's Club and Master's Circle. Her success she attributes to good relationships with clients that truly have become friends.
