Even though I had never met Jessica prior to buying my first home, it immediately felt like working with family. Jessica's approach was very tactical from the start, and created a custom strategy approach to searching, based entirely on my input combined with her industry insight. I had always rented prior to this. My then-landlord gave me about 3 months to figure out where to take my life belongings and family, and Jessica managed to secure me a closing date 7 full days before the last day of my lease. Jessica turned a scary, uncertain, life situation into my long-held dream of owning my own little home. That's pretty amazing I would say. We've worked with Jessica and Cory for over twenty years, so clearly they are doing it right. We bought our first home, forever home, lake front land and rental home in FL, so covered it all. In addition, they helped us sell our first home. They have helped us "win" properties in very competitive markets because of their knowledge and additional touches. They also guided us to a market high sale for our neighborhood thanks to their smart marketing, knowledge on timing and staging/prep recommendations. In addition, they are very responsive and consultative throughout the buy/sell process. Several of the properties that we have purchased were below market value and much of that was because of poor marketing/pictures/knowledge of listing agents. While realtors can be "a dime-a-dozen", the good ones are always worth finding. I highly recommend Jessica and Cory for any buy/sell work in MN/WI/FL.

I could NOT be more satisfied with Jessica and Cory. With so many real estate agents to choose from these days, Jessica and Cory truly stand out above the rest.

Jessica did not try and sell us anything as we were looking to buy. She pointed out pitfalls of various properties in each showing. She helped us craft a competitive offer that was a mere 1% over asking, that was accepted the SAME DAY. That is crazy in the 2022 market.

Not only was she a great agent, but she is a great person! After we closed and started moving, she showed up with food for TWENTY people and fed everyone who was helping us move. That saved us money, and more importantly time, on moving day. She also was able to stop by the house to receive our new stove we had delivered on closing day. Not only did she show up to accept it, but she got us 10% off the stove!!

Cory helped me sell my townhome. He did a great job getting us to list at the best price and we got terrific offers. He helped translate what the offers really meant and what we can actually expect. What I appreciated most is about Cory was his zealous defense of our interests around closing. He dealt with everything the buyer's agents brought to him and took all that off our plate.

I highly recommend them both!

This couple had us covered on both ends! Cory with the sale of our existing house and Jessica with the purchase of our new house. They came and spent time with us walking our house we intended to sell, looking at all the details, making helpful comments and encouraging us along the way. They put togethor a portfolio for us to compare other houses for sale like ours and then gave us a projected value of our house. This let us know what they believed the house would sell for. Very helpful and very motivating in our case! Then they just cooperated for next steps, setting dates, and taking one step at a time. They were really good at knowing when to push us and when to back off. Our process got a bit intense at times as all sales do but this couple remained professional, responsive, motivated, and assertive. Our buyers had difficulty in their loan process and Cory wore the advocate hat for us with their bank executives. He really made it happen! They referred us to Cambria mortgage where we were able to get a great interest rate for our new mortgage. Cambria also got involved on our purchase side by creating very impressive documents for sellers and even personally calling a seller to recommend us! Very cool. In fact, Corey, Jessica, and the banker became a sort of sales team for us, selling us to the sellers on our buy side! Properties were flying off the market! Jessica is by far the most assertive and responsive agent I have met. Tell her you want to see a property and she is all over that. If she cannot show, she will line up an alternate to show for her so we did not have to miss out! She's also honest about propertys' attributes or lack thereof and tries to get to know what you are looking for so she can support the decision process. She also went to bat for us on our buy side with our sellers with large fixes that needed to be made to their property before the purchase of our new home was finalized. She checked and rechecked and made sure everything was honored. It was great! In the end our closing date was pushed multiple times due to our buyer's issues and Corey hosted a hotel stay for our family. Everything worked out just fine. In a wild market, these two had things firmly under control. Praise God for their hard work.

As our buyer's agent, Jessica was so friendly and responsive. At every step of the process, she provided the exact right amount of information to help us make an informed decision, and she and Cory went above and beyond on several occasions to make sure we were well positioned to make a competitive offer on a house in a multi-offer situation.

After interviewing 5 other agents, we choose Cory and Jessica to sell our home because they were the only agents to offer us a deal on the commission if our house sells within the first 7 days, which all agents with integrity should offer a deal in this crazy of a seller's market. We sold in 5 days! Cory and Jessica were very knowledgeable when it came to pricing our home, their appraisal was $10k to $15k higher than the other agents. You're not necessarily supposed to hire the agent with the highest appraisal, but their breakdown of how they evaluated our home gave us the confidence to trust their evaluation. For a matter of fact, Cory and Jessica sold our home for $50k higher than the Kris Lindahl Team appraised it for! You won’t see that on a billboard!
