Jessica is a fun person to work with on top of being a stellar real estate agent. I moved from Minnesota to Spokane and my wife was still in Minnesota for this purchase. Jessica responded quickly to all of my requests during the home finding and buying process. (I had a lot of questions during the COVID buying process)Jessica was in regular contact with my wife Back in Minnesota. Jessica helped us find and purchase the perfect house. Jessica also helped my wife feel comfortable buying the house sight unseen. Jessica took lots of pictures and explained the layout and features of the house. Jessica definitely goes the extra mile for you, she is just amazing. At the end of the somewhat stressful time of purchasing a house Jessica feels more like a friend instead of a real estate agent. Jessica is the best and she is definitely the only Real estate agent I will use in the Spokane area. I cannot recommend her enough.

Jessica is the consummate professional. Her knowledge in her field and the real estate market was excellent. There was never a question she couldn’t answer. We first met her as buyers - we contacted her for a house she was selling. Although that home didn’t work out for us, she became our buyer’s agent and patiently went through MANY homes with us and showed us the perfect home we ended up buying. Years later, when we went to sell our home, we called Jessica. We had 3 offers within 5 days due to her guidance and expertise. She sold our home in less than a week. Jessica was our realtor for the purchase of our first home, then the sale of that home, and purchase of our new home. Our first home was a small starter home. Just starting out, we didn't have much of a budget, but Jess treated us with as much care, compassion, and professionalism as if we were purchasing a very expensive home. We kept in touch over the years, and of course when it was time to upgrade, we didn't hesitate to call Jessica!

Being first-time sellers, we didn't know what to expect, but she gave us a to-do list of simple and inexpensive things to improve on in order to get top dollar for our home. 11 offers later and well over asking price we found the perfect people to continue loving our little starter home.

While shopping with Jessica for the second time, I realized that she probably knows us so well by now that we could have probably just had her pick a home without us actually even seeing anything on the market haha! She is that in tune to her clients' needs! Being in the local industry for as long as she has, she obviously has a wealth of knowledge in both the buying and selling processes, but also the resources for any situation or need that could arise.

Now, this may be a rather long review, but honestly, I could go on and on. I won't, but I could haha! She really is that wonderful. One of Spokane's best for so many reasons!
