Jessica Threatt

Those who know Jessica Threatt well, would likely describe her as a farm raised, southern belle who’s singing a song everywhere she goes! She grew up in Lancaster, SC where she learned from a young age the value of service and work ethic. She has spent her career in service to others and pride herself on eliminating issues before they arise using clear communication and a positive attitude. She never thought she would become a real estate agent, but this profession has allowed her the freedom and ability to serve and care for people in a way she has never experienced before.

With an extensive legal and professional background, Jessica has experienced real estate transactions from all sides of the transaction process. Because of this, her real estate clients are provided with a uniquely guided advantage as they make informed, educated decisions during the home buying/selling experience. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor, in real estate we’re all working toward a common goal, and sometimes, emotions run high. Knowing this, she strives to provide her clients with a thorough and analytical approach to every transaction in order to find the best outcome for everyone involved leaving emotions at the door.

She still resides in Lancaster today with her husband, Brian and two children, Braxton and Lydia. They enjoy traveling and exploring new places together whether on family trips or via Harley Davidson road trips. In her spare time, you can usually find her on the opposite side of a microphone working on various vocal arrangements from a large variety of musical genres from praise and worship to 80’s Rock or current pop music. She’s also a sucker for a good karaoke night so after the close of your transaction you all can celebrate with a song!
