Hi there! I’m Jessica Vincent, a proud senior-level and legacy real estate partner with Century 21 Advantage Realty—and someone who absolutely loves what she does! Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to receive two Gold Awards early in my career and, most recently, back-to-back Master Ruby Producer Awards at the national level. But to me, the biggest reward is seeing my clients happy and excited about their next chapter. That’s what keeps me going every single day!

I was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, and got my start at the University of Kentucky’s Kentucky Clinic, where I worked my way through several administrative roles (and took on leadership and management coursework along the way). Later, I stepped into operations management at a private real estate firm downtown, where I handled everything from leasing and contracts to marketing and client care—working with amazing professionals like attorneys, appraisers, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs. One of the highlights? Helping launch the Lexington Young Professionals Association—such a fun and inspiring group!

In 2003, I made the move to Somerset to focus on family life, while still keeping my professional spark alive with investigative work for Isaacs & Isaacs Law Firm. Then in 2012, I took a leap and started my own business—VIP ~ Virtual Premier Personnel, LLC—supporting busy professionals with everything from legal admin to organizational magic!

At Century 21, I’ve had the joy of coaching and mentoring other agents (I love seeing others grow!). But as my real estate business began to thrive, I decided to pour all my energy into what I love most: serving my clients. I also proudly serve on the C21 C-Squad, where I get to give back to our amazing community each month through volunteering—whether that’s helping local businesses, connecting with leaders, or just showing up for people when they need it.

With a background in property management, business operations, and client relations, I bring a lot of heart, hustle, and organization to every transaction. Real estate isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. I’m here to make the process smooth, fun, and memorable. I genuinely care, and I’m always just a call or text away.
