Confident, intelligent, and pragmatic, Jessyka Soto doesn’t let the grass grow under her feet. She started at David Lyng Real Estate in early 2010 and just a year later was named President’s Club Elite Champion; a reflection of Jessyka’s natural passion for real estate. A Santa Cruz native, born and raised, Jessyka is a strong negotiator and is not easily daunted. “I like to take control to make the escrow process as easy as possible—I take all the stress out of it for my clients. ”In addition to negotiation skills and marketing prowess, Jessyka says it all comes down to hearing to and responding to the needs of her clients. “I really listen to my clients–I can tell right away what they’re looking for.” Jessyka’s first priority is working hard for her clients and being competitive in finding the best real estate values within Santa Cruz Mountains, redwoods, and oceanfront areas. Recently voted Santa Cruz Waves’ Favorite Realtor for the second time, 12x winner of David Lyng’s Presidents Award and recognized as one of the Top 50 volunteers in Santa Cruz, she is honored to do what she loves! When Jessyka isn’t focusing on real estate, she loves to be outdoors especially at the lake. She enjoys spending beach time with her kids and staying active with Hot Pilates, wake surfing, and Running. Jessyka is also the only member in Santa Cruz to be a part of Giveback Homes. Giveback Homes is a community of real estate professionals who are committed to creating social change by helping build homes for deserving families around the globe. They work together to organize fundraising events, mobilize teams of volunteer homebuilders, and they inspire others to take action for social good. Part of every commission Jessyka makes gets donated to this wonderful organization along with her time helping build these homes.
