Jesus Monteagudo

Jesus Monteagudo III is a third-generation Key Largo Native pursuing a passion as a Broker Associate in the Florida Keys. Of Hispanic descent, Jesus speaks both English and Spanish and has an extensive construction and Real Estate background.

Raised in Key Largo, Jesus has enjoyed island life for over thirty years. Emersed in a home of contractors and real estate specialists, Jesus is no stranger to building a house and knowing how to sell it. Falling in love with these career paths, Jesus attended Florida International University, focusing on Construction Management. Once completed, he returned to Key Largo to follow in his parents' footsteps as an expert in both.

Since 2013, Jesus has gained construction experience with Construct All Building Services. Working alongside his Father, Jesus knows what delivering quality and knowledgeable advice is like. In 2016, Jesus trained as a real estate expert. Over time, he furthered his studies/knowledge in real estate by obtaining his Brokers license. His niche is working with investors to find properties to build, sell, and rent. From high-end luxury homes to spec homes, he focuses on ensuring his clients get the personalized care and local market knowledge they deserve.

While the island view attracts people, the community is a big reason to stay. With a family-friendly and supportive community, we band together to help others. Jesus plays an active role in the community by participating annually in local fundraisers and charities. Some hobbies Jesus loves to do in the Florida Keys are being out on the water, whether boating, fishing, or enjoying the day. Having the opportunity to enjoy the ocean as your backyard makes paradise even more special. Living close to the Bahamas, Jesus would spend summers traveling the Bahamas by boat.
