This was our second time working with Mike and he is our #1 go-to for all Real Estate needs.
This team did an amazing job advertising our home, with such a big turn out for the open house that we extended it an additional day. We were able to sell our house quickly and sold for the amount we were hoping for.

Our family and I have been working with Jezer and his team at Manalastas Group for over 6 years. We just completed our fifth transaction with him, and his team and we could not imagine working with any other team! For our recent transaction, we had a specific neighborhood in mind with some very specific amenities as requirements and Jezer and his team were able to identify several homes that fit these needs. Jezer and his team Roger and Em was able to accomplish putting the house in the market, home renovation, organized showings and closing in a matter of 5 weeks. Immediately after engaging with Jezer, he laid out a detailed timeline for the sale with action plans. Jezer is not only helpful and knowledgeable in preparing my listings, he also created a multi-offer situations and accurate market analysis. My house was professionally photographed and videotaped with drone footage which is a great marketing strategy to attract potential buyers. Overall best experience from start to finish. The staff are very professional and super friendly explaining the process. Jezer and Ronamagne is one of the best realtor and loan officer that I ever met. After long years of waiting for the right time to come, with all the experiences that we had with other realtors,I would say this tandem is totally different. He (Jezer) will not push you to buy a property without explaining the pros and cons of the deal. Rona on the other hand will notify you of the best interest rate that is available to “lock in”. Jezer will actually work out all concerns of the buyer and the seller to come up for a better solution without taking sides. As far as the Manalastas Group spearheaded by Jezer they really work in the same rhythm to make the processes go smoothly. Manalastas Group coordinates with their clients giving updates of where the process is currently at and they are consistent in doing that. I will strongly recommend Manalastas Group Real Estate to family and friends.
