Jezria Latham

A lifelong Wyoming resident, I truly love where I live and raising my sons in such a wonderful place. My real estate career began in August of 2000 at just 18 years old. I quickly grew to love my career path as much as my home state. At just 20 years old I obtained my Associate Broker's license. I am passionate about helping people through the exciting and sometimes anxious process of buying and selling real estate.
I strongly believe in being involved in my community and the Realtor organization. I've served on the board of directors for both the local Chamber of Commerce and the Carbon County Economic Development. In 2011 I served as President of the Carbon County board of Realtors and went on to later serve 2 years as the Central District Vice President for the Wyoming Association of Realtors. Currently I am serving on the Wyoming Realtors Board of Directors as the State Associate Strength Chair and in March of 2023 was appointed by the WY Governor as a Commissioner to serve on the Wyoming Real Estate Commission.
