Had a great experience working with Jill and her team. Communication was always prompt and clear even though a number of individuals were involved which required a good deal of flexibility. We worked closely with Lynn who went out of her way to address numerous issues to our satisfaction and handled matters for us when we were out of town. She was also a fantastic resource for services in the area since we were unfamiliar with the area and she had a great sense of style and made helpful suggestions regarding changes we were considering making in the home we were purchasing. We are grateful for their assistance.

This team is amazing! Everyone that I worked with went above and beyond to make this process seamless. My agent Karen was there to answer questions anytime I reached out. From buying to selling she was there every step of the way and went above and beyond with any request I had. On top of that she is just a great person. They all really care about the people they are helping. Jill was there whenever we reached out and it didn't matter what time of day or if it was a weekend, she was there. Lisa was another part of the team that did an incredible job. Jill and her team are incredible and I would recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I am so impressed!

Lynn was our realtor. I cannot say enough great things about the experience! She treated us like family. We were forced by circumstances to purchase sight unseen, so Lynn graciously led us on various video tours, inspected them like a buyer would, knew exactly what questions to ask, advocated for all of the benefits we desired, and more.

We wanted to start renovations right away, so Lynn met our contractor and did for us everything that we otherwise I would’ve had to do from across the country.

This was not our first house, but it was the best homebuying experience we have had with a realtor yet.

Absolutely terrific experience buying a house in Oakwood with Jill Team and especially our agent, Karen.
They guided us seamlessly through every step of the process. Scheduling showings was a breeze. Karen gave us great tips about the market to help us put together a competitive offer on a house we loved without any pressure to go outside our comfort zone.
Post-inspection negotiations were easy thanks to the knowledgable contractors that Jill Team works with.
When there was an initial issue with the lender’s appraisal, Jill’s whole team sprung into action right away to come up with solutions. They ended up using their experience and credibility to get a second appraisal from the original lender which came through without any issues.
Lisa from Jill’s team made sure everything was ready to go for closing, which took place on time and went smoothly.

The Jill Team was excellent! It started with Lynn B. during a showing of our new home. My wife immediately got a good vibe and we decided to work with Lynn as our buying agent. Lynn then referred the rest of the team to list our old home, and Jill whipped us into shape, and quick! The Team helped assess the needed repairs and enhancements, cleaning, and staging for the best selling experience possible. The staging made our house look better than it ever did with our decorating LOL. Due to their help and guidance, our time with both mortgages was only for one payment! I have bought and sold 13 times since college. Jill Aldineh and her team were by far the most proficient real estate team. From the way they approached me about updating the before selling, and then coming in staging house. House sold right away at above market!

Jill was right on it getting it ready by February explaining to me the market was right because inventory was low for the $300K range.

One of the most valuable services of this team is their experience and knowledge of Dayton and the surrounding area. I thought selling my house would be easy; it turned out to be a very complicated affair. Team Jill coached me through the whole process. Thy were extremely professional: texts and phone calls were quickly answered; various contractors and repair people were called, scheduled and completed the work quickly and well; I was even given a little helpful therapy when the first two offers ended up failing to close. In my particular case, selling my house was a long, tedious, frustrating process. Sometimes I think I would not have survived the experience without Jill.
