Let me start off by saying Jill and her team are a great group of “full-service” realtors that go above and beyond for their clients. They all help each other get to their common goal of selling homes for the best possible price. I have been working for their team since 2020 doing landscape enhancements to get the houses ready for pictures. While I am on-site, Jill and her team do a lot of work to prepare for the listing day. They coordinate painters, carpenters, inspectors, roofers, Junkluggers, and any other services needed to maximize return on their clients’ sale. Jill recently helped us sell our townhome and purchase a single family home, and she proved to be an expert right from the start. The day we met her, she walked through our home and gave us a list of things to do to stage it, including design tips and names/numbers of contractors to hire to do the needed work. She ran through the basic closing figures with us and gave us the advice and time we needed to decide that it was time to make the move.

Jill was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process and was always very available and responsive. Jill's strategies for staging our home and listing it at the right time worked like a charm because our home was under contract 6 days after we listed it. Three days later we had signed on our new home as well.

As we worked toward settlement, Jill and her team were on top of every step of the process and made it all easy, from signing off on documents, to communicating with our buyers' and sellers' agents, to answering our (many!) questions.

Jill's knowledge throughout the entire selling/buying process was so impressive. She has an amazing eye for detail; she spotted potential issues in the homes we walked through that we never would have noticed, gave us ideas for how to make a potential new house a great home for our family...we even plan to use some of her staging design tips in our new home!!

Jill clearly wanted to help us find the best home for our family, and she has done just that. I have already recommended Jill to everyone I know who's planning to move soon. She made such a great impression, I then asked her to sell my previous home and my aunt's home in Plymouth Meeting, PA. My aunt had recently passed away and it was a tough time for me. In 25 years, I have moved 17 times. Many of those were rentals but I have bought and sold 7 homes. With moving so much, I have always been either looking at homes or in the process of buying a home. And in all those years, Jill is hands down the most professional and hardest working realtor I have ever met or used.

At this point, I am better at finding what I want than most realtors, which is how I met Jill. I found a house I liked and went to the open house. It was Jill's listing so that's when I met her.

She was polite, friendly, and followed up with us without being pushy. Because I was just looking for a different house in my town, I was not in a rush. We decided to buy the house and used her to complete the sale.

She was so efficient, I decided to use her to list my old home and that is where her skills shined above and beyond. There is so much to prepping a home for sale and Jill took care of all of it, down to shopping for the accent pieces to stage my house. She also had a list of contractors she used to fix up the house. She then had professional pictures taken for listing, which in this day and age is a must. My home sold for one of the highest prices my neighborhood has ever seen.

Buying and/or selling a home can be one of the most stressful life events. I need a realtor who understands and partners with me to alleviate the stress and Jill did that. Thanks for everything, Jill! We love our new home!!!

The minute we met Jill, we knew how intuitive, smart and experienced she was. I've worked with a number of good realtors in the past but she surpasses everyone else. She will go out of her way to get all the information you need to make an informed decision. Not only that, she was very open and honest with us and we've never felt pushed to do anything that we didn't want to. She was always on top of everything, I mean, everything! Her response time was impeccable. We trust in her opinions as we know how knowledgeable she is with the market and the business. She just knows her stuff! I researched QUITE A BIT prior to choosing Jill because I know that way too many realtors get to a point in their career when they start to say silly things like “I hate working with buyers.” SMART and DRIVEN agents understand that putting in the legwork with buyers (specifically first time home buyers) is what feeds your pipeline for years to come and adds to your referral pool. Lucky for us, and you too, Jill is SMART and DRIVEN. She was a totally asset to us from start to finish. She is quick to get back to you and doesn’t leave things for tomorrow that can get done today. She’s energetic and says it like it is. In real estate, there’s really no time for sugar coating and games. Time is money!
