On our tours, she spotted potential issues with old and deteriorating roofing/windows/floors and knew enough about remodeling to give us rough estimates of what the costs would be to renovate. Jill recently helped us sell our townhome and purchase a single family home, and she proved to be an expert right from the start. The day we met her, she walked through our home and gave us a list of things to do to stage it, including design tips and names/numbers of contractors to hire to do the needed work. She ran through the basic closing figures with us and gave us the advice and time we needed to decide that it was time to make the move.

Jill was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process and was always very available and responsive. Jill's strategies for staging our home and listing it at the right time worked like a charm because our home was under contract 6 days after we listed it. Three days later we had signed on our new home as well.

As we worked toward settlement, Jill and her team were on top of every step of the process and made it all easy, from signing off on documents, to communicating with our buyers' and sellers' agents, to answering our (many!) questions.

Jill's knowledge throughout the entire selling/buying process was so impressive. She has an amazing eye for detail; she spotted potential issues in the homes we walked through that we never would have noticed, gave us ideas for how to make a potential new house a great home for our family...we even plan to use some of her staging design tips in our new home!!

In 25 years, I have moved 17 times. Many of those were rentals but I have bought and sold 7 homes. With moving so much, I have always been either looking at homes or in the process of buying a home. And in all those years, Jill is hands down the most professional and hardest working realtor I have ever met or used.

At this point, I am better at finding what I want than most realtors, which is how I met Jill. I found a house I liked and went to the open house. It was Jill's listing so that's when I met her.

She was polite, friendly, and followed up with us without being pushy. Because I was just looking for a different house in my town, I was not in a rush. We decided to buy the house and used her to complete the sale.

She was so efficient, I decided to use her to list my old home and that is where her skills shined above and beyond. There is so much to prepping a home for sale and Jill took care of all of it, down to shopping for the accent pieces to stage my house. She also had a list of contractors she used to fix up the house. She then had professional pictures taken for listing, which in this day and age is a must. My home sold for one of the highest prices my neighborhood has ever seen.

Buying and/or selling a home can be one of the most stressful life events. I need a realtor who understands and partners with me to alleviate the stress and Jill did that. Thanks for everything, Jill! We love our new home!!!

Having started our search right when the housing market was at its peak resulted in us losing out on so many homes that we liked, but Jill was always there to cheer us up and assured us that we will end up with a home that we were looking for, and she was right. Buying during a sellers market, her insight on the price range for a particular locality, and the costs for any modifications, repairs or upgrades helped us in deciding if we go forward putting in offers during our search.
