About Jill

Jill Brooks grew up in Eastern North Carolina in a community much smaller but similar to The Landings. New Bern, NC is where she began her love of being outdoors, coastal communities and tennis. Jill earned a degree in computer programming and has an innate attention to detail and organization which translates into smooth transactions for her clients. She brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, banking, economic development and just prior to real estate as a Client Services Associate with Independent Investment Services, LLC in Savannah. Prior to this role, Jill served as a Financial Services Officer with BB&T and the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for the Florence County, South Carolina Economic Development Partnership.

With her husband’s career, they were located every few years throughout the Southeast. When they found The Landings seventeen years ago, they knew this would be their home. Jill joined The Landings Company in 2013 as a Sales Executive/ Realtor®. Her team was named The Landings Company 2015 Sales Team of the Year with over $38 million in sales and has consistently earned record sales for a team of three each year. Since her start with The Landings Company, she has been consistently ranked in the Top 10 of the company and in 2019 and 2020 was in the Top 10 for all of Skidaway Island.

Jill and her husband, Pat, have two boys that enjoy all the recreational amenities The Landings has to offer. Jill is an active member of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church and has served on a variety of committees and mission opportunities. Jill has a passion for sharing the island lifestyle, its amenities, and its properties with newcomers to The Landings. Jill is a fully licensed Realtor® and a member of the Savannah Area Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
