About Jill

It takes an experienced agent to help buyers and sellers navigate the ups and downs of an evolving real estate market. While my expertise is real estate, my true passion is all about helping people. My passion, paired with my talent of being a savvy negotiator and combined with excellent customer service, is what makes me one of the premier agents in Ithaca and the surrounding areas year after year.

I have what it takes to go the extra mile for my clients. As a marathon runner, my energy, endurance and attention to detail are what clients need to successfully complete a home purchase or sale.

Having lived in the Ithaca area for over 25 years, I know the local terrain well. I have grown to appreciate all that the region has to offer. Our diverse and well-educated population, thriving culture, safe and friendly neighborhoods, and unique natural landscape make Ithaca an ideal place to put down roots.

I have two sons that both attended Ithaca City Schools. My older son attended Smeal College of Business at Penn State and played football. My younger son attended SUNY Brockport and graduated in May 2016.

Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors for Challenge Workforce Solutions and serve on the Community Foundation for Tompkins County’s Women’s Fund. I have also contributed to the Ithaca Urban Renewal Agency, the city’s Economic Development Committee and the Ithaca Planning Board. I am also actively involved with the Ithaca Board of Realtors®, serving on the MLS & Grievance Committees. These roles have led to lifelong friendships and community contacts that make up an invaluable pool of resources that I believe helps to leverage me as one of Ithaca’s top realtors®.
