About Jill

Jill has been a REALTOR with Pacific Northwest Realty Group since 2006. They have an incredible team that works together to achieve RESULTS! Their passion is to assist and ease the process for Home Buyers making one of their most important financial purchases and selling homes so that Sellers can make the next move in their journey. She was drawn to Real Estate from her own experience of buying houses and restoring them for resale. She was very successful in this adventure. Jill formed Clark & Vossen, LLC, and operated that for several years. She then chose to move her focus to be a full-time Realtor so that she could achieve gratification for successful results. Jill loves what she does and takes pride in her hard work and commitment to helping others. She has always been complimented on her positive attitude and excellent listening skills, and she believes these qualities are why she has been successful.

Jill received her Real Estate Certificate with the Rockwell Institute and her Real Estate license in 2006. She takes yearly continuing education courses to stay abreast of the current Real Estate Market and Conditions. Before Real Estate, she was a Financial Manager/Treatment Coordinator for Advanced Dental Services for 15 years. She enjoyed her time in the dental field but was ready for more of a personal challenge and financial reward. Jill’s first year with Pacific Northwest Realty Group, she received the “Rookie of the Year” award, second year was “Sales Team” of the year. In 2009 and 2012, she was “Agent of the Year” for her office. She has placed 2nd in her company for volume of sales in all the other years. One of Jill’s most significant accomplishments was selling the highest priced home in Cowlitz County in 2009 for $600,000.00 in one of the worst Real Estate markets in history. She preserved through the tough years in the market and learned valuable knowledge during that time. She is consistently a Million Dollar Producer! She feels strongly about participating in events and giving back to their community. She enjoys Business After Hours events, yearly Realtor Golf Tournament, and several social functions put on by LOCAR – Lower Columbia Association of REALTORS.
