They offer FREE Buyer Agency Representation. This allows us to represent the buyer's needs in a transaction instead of the seller's. They will also be able to advise the buyer on offering terms, which agents can only do if they are a Buyer's Agent. Some agents charge for this representation, but they do not.

Since becoming the Chairperson, they have raised over 75k for local charities. Jill also sits on the following RANW Committee(s): Golf Outing, Real Estate Professional Standards, M.L.S. Special Task Force, and Arbitration, and is also the Chairperson for the E.P.A. Committee. Jill is a member of the Make-A-Wish "Gourmet Wishes" committee and assists Habitat for Humanity by chairing its Site Selection Committee.
