INTRODUCTION
Indianapolis has always been my home, and I feel honored to sell homes to families in the area! Growing up in Indianapolis has been a very enjoyable experience, and I love sharing my knowledge of the city with people.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
With a bachelor's degree in math education and health education, and a master's degree in school counseling, I spent five years teaching 7th grade in the Center Grove Community School Corporation, then another two years as an At Risk Counselor in Brown County Schools before becoming a REALTOR® in 2009. I use my skills as an educator on a daily basis to connect with my clients and help educate them on the home-buying and home-selling process.

Being a real estate agent is about understanding the process of buying and selling homes and guiding my clients through the maze of a real estate transaction, but it is also about making personal connections with them. This is what I enjoy most about my career.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
From 2014-2017, I served on the Board of Directors for the Century 21 Scheetz Foundation, which focuses on helping those with immediate, emergency needs in our community. I love being able to connect this type of volunteer work with my profession. Not only have I served as the Vice President, and President of this organization in the past, but I have also committed to giving a portion of my paycheck from each of my closings to this foundation. What a blessing it is to be able to give to those who need it most!!

I have also been involved in my local community and using my education background to serve as a board member, Secretary, Vice President, and President for the Center Grove Education Foundation from 2014-2017. This group focuses on partnering with the community to enrich the lives of all Center Grove Community School Corporation students by funding additional learning opportunities and resources for students, teachers and administrators.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
My husband and I LOVE to take our RV on adventures all over the country with our two children! We have been to California, Arizona, Colorado, Yellowstone, Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky, just to name a few! Our favorite quick getaway is to visit the beautiful, Indiana State Parks. We are trying to make it to all of them!
We also love being on the water, specifically on a catamaran! Someday, that is where we will live....but for now, we call Greenwood, Indiana home. We try to travel to the Caribbean as often as possible to get our sailing fix!
