Jill Macdonald was born and raised in Eureka and is a sixth-generation Humboldt County resident. She grew up in a family of real estate professionals. After attending local schools, she graduated from the University of Oregon with a BA and an MS. Jill is well established and educated in all local real estate. In 2002 the City of Eureka adopted the Eureka Visioning Committee Report, co-authored by Jill, which addressed issues in Eureka's downtown core-area.
