Jill is great. Very flexible and helpful. I was in the middle of a PCS when I was put in contact with Jill through Zillow. Since I was not in Maryland yet,I coordinated with Jill and a friend to go look at 7-8 properties for me. She was always available through text/email and phone. After an offered was accepted the process was very smooth through the closing date. High recommended. Thanks Jill

Jill found me after I sent a message through Zillow to inquire about a house I was interested in, though the house was under contract at the time with another buyer. Her expertise and honesty regarding the whole buying process with a contingency helped me to properly focus and prepare myself to buy my future home. She was always available to answer any questions and was always a professional. When the house I wanted was posted back on the market, she made sure to keep me abreast of all updates regarding the offer and quickly worked and negotiated to make sure my offer was considered. After my offer was accepted, Jill continued communicating and updating me throughout the process and I was able to get the house of my dreams!
