Buying or selling a home shouldn't be one of the most stressful times of life. I believe moving to a new neighborhood, city, or state can be a fun and exciting experience. I enjoy helping people make real estate decisions and managing the details of the transaction so they can focus on relationships instead of the struggles associated with moving.

Having moved out of state twice I understand the stress involved in buying and selling homes along with the frustration of packing and moving. I also understand the anxiety that can come with getting to know a new area. I empathize with others going through the relocation process and I enjoy bringing order and clarity to a complicated time of life so that stress is limited.

I'm often asked if I sell homes. I do not sell homes. The homes sell themselves. I offer a service. I help people accomplish their real estate goals. I turn savvy, informed individuals and couples into successful homeowners, investors, and sellers.

To achieve the highest standards of quality, in any discipline, it is essential to care about every detail and to put your heart into what you do. As you get to know me you will quickly realize I focus on the details and give it all I've got. I put handwork and dedication into everything I touch.

There are only a few realtors in NW Arkansas that have a college degree in real estate, experience in complex commercial property transactions, and understand how the internet can be used to market and find real estate. Before moving to Fayetteville, I was employed by the Staubach Company in Dallas. I worked with top brokers on large transactions on behalf of a Fortune 100 company. I developed skills in valuing real estate, negotiating, and managing the details of closing transactions smoothly. I have the Realtor ePro designation and continuously strive to use technology and the innovative tools of the internet to help my clients achieve their goals. I am active with social media and have my own website to provide information about real estate and Northwest Arkansas.
