About Jill

Jill started as a Realtor after a successful career in pharmaceutical sales for over 15 years with Johnson and Johnson.
She had always wanted to sell real estate and when the time arose when her three girls had become old enough for her to be able to juggle a 24-7 realtor schedule she jumped at the chance. Family to Jill is always first but real estate is a close second. She has a quote on her office wall that states: “When you find the job you love, you never work a day in your life”. You can tell when you work with her that she really enjoys it and she says the best part is meeting the people and doing the best possible job she can for her clients. She is honest, reliable, high energy and believes the most important thing in real estate is to have integrity. Jill says to buyers “there is always another house if this one does not work out. I want my clients to feel like they can call me 5 or 10 years after our closing and feel comfortable asking me to help them buy or sell a house again.”

Jill specializes in selling real estate in the Illinois Riverbend area which includes Godfrey, Alton, Brighton, Jerseyville, Bethalto, Wood River and East Alton among others. She works with home buyers and sellers.

She graduated from the University of Iowa Timpe School of Business with a Business Administration Degree in 1988.

Jill received the Greater Gateway Association of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" Award for her sales of 1.26 million her first full year in Real Estate. Most recently Jill hit her personal best in 2016 with over $6,000,000 in sales and 44 real estate transactions!

Jill recently joined the executive board in Alton for Habitat for Humanity and looks forward to using her real estate knowledge to help this local chapter find and build suitable housing for those in need.

As a realtor in the area, from the beginning of her career Jill joined Remax's "Home for the Cure" program which benefits Susan G. Komen, Race for the Cure. Jill joined thousands of Remax agents around the country that made regular donations to Susan G. Komen with certain closed transactions. A major portion of these donations stay in our local community to help in cancer research, education and treatment.
