Jill Vlasic was an amazing realtor. She got us a very satisfactory contract (almost $20K above asking price) on the house in less than 24 hours of it being listed. More than the money made, she was knowledgeable, encouraging, empathetic, and a great cheerleader shepherding us through the process. She had a vision and helped us see it through and that included staging, taking good photos and even helping us vacuum and steering us wisely through the contract process. Her knowledge and willingness to work hard in negotiations for her client is unparalleled. I would recommend Jill to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I met Jill at an open house. after greeting each other my brain or heart told me this girl is a right person to find me my dream house.

Jill is fantastic! My family and I were facing an unexpected move during the holiday season and were stressed about finding a home. Jill helped us find the perfect place that was within our budget and school zone.
