Jim Agee

Jim Agee has been a licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer in Tennessee since 1975 with a strong focus in Middle TN. Prior to starting his own firm in 1977, Jim attended Vol State Community College, taking all classes relating to Real Estate.

In January of 1977, Jim obtained his brokers license and formed Agee & Johnson Realty and Auction with Jerry Johnson. The driving principles that helped align Agee & Johnson were knowledge & trust, still ring true today. After 43 years, Agee & Johnson is still community trusted.

Over the past 45 years, Jim has been actively engaged in residential, land and commercial sales; selling both privately and conducting public auctions. His primary focus far the last 25 years has been land sales and estate settlements, working with attorneys, accountants, executors and trustees. Understanding the nuances of an estate have made Jim one of the most sought after auctioneers in Middle TN.

Jim is affiliated with the Local, State and National Association of Realtors and has served on the board of the Wilson County Association of Realtors. Jim also continues to stay abreast of the latest trends and education by attending continuing education classes and has a team of individuals that assist in all manners of the real estate or auction transaction.
