Jim is the owner of Double A Ranch Stables in New Cumberland, WV and the previous owner of Double A Ranch Fencing, Inc. Jim is a graduate of Kentucky Christian University, Utica College of Syracuse University, Community College of the Air Force, and the West Virginia State Police Academy. He and his wife Kelly have spent their lives in Hancock County, and enjoy horses, hiking, biking, camping, and visiting the mountains. Jim is also an aviation enthusiast, and enjoys flying small aircraft and hot air balloons.
