Having recently been through a bad experience with a realtor, we weren’t sure we could trust one again. However, after meeting with Jim, our worries immediately lifted. He was able to help us secure multiple 1031 exchange investment properties in this really tough market. Jim was patient, responsive, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Jim to my family and friends.

Jim did an incredible job with selling our home. He was very responsive, found many potential buyers, and answered the hundreds of questions we had; even after hours. In the end we sold the home for more than we had initially placed it on the market for. His knowledge of the business and his professionalism is unrivaled. Jim came highly recommended from Tina-Eaton Reyes with Simply Vegas and had also negotiated the purchase of a replacement home for my parents; who had lost their home in the Paradise Fire of 2018.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jim Betley by chance when I was looking at potentially buying a home in Sac area. He was very courteous, professional and went above and beyond to show me properties. So much so, that he would block an entire day on multiple occasions to show - because I was coming in from out of town. He always made me feel I was priority and my needs were priority.. and also would review potential listings that he thought would be a good fit. Which is not that easy if the buyer is interested in multiple locations. I was truly blessed to have met Jim and would recommend him to anyone if they are buying or selling a home. He is one of a kind in his business and the best..

I recommend Jim Betley without reservation or hesitation. Where other relators give 100%, Jim gives 200%! I chose Jim to help me find a new home and to sell my existing one because of his excellent reputation. I would describe Jim as having integrity, knowledge of the industry and of the Roseville and Placer, years of experience, dedication to finding the right house and buyer, diligent and detail-oriented that nothing is overlooked, available when questions or something came up, and his commitment to make the buying and selling process and paperwork as simple and as smooth as possible. I also appreciated his wife Summer staging my home to show it to its best advantage for the paper and online listings. I also found Jim’s commitment went beyond the last signed document. My purchase, sale and move happened in mid-December, 2019. In late January, Jim sent a note to me with copies of my final closing statements saying he wanted me to have the copies handy if I needed them when doing my taxes.

Jim and Summer are by far the best realtors we have ever worked with. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. They promptly responded to all inquiries and were there whenever we needed them, every step of the way. They provided feedback and assistance in staging our home. When we first met them, we were hesitant to put our home on the market during the holiday season. Jim assured us that there was very low inventory and the market was still good. We're so glad we took his advice, as we received three offers after our first weekend of open houses, and ended up selling for above asking price. Jim is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with and I worked in the Title and Escrow portion of the industry for well over 30 years. He is dedicated, compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable always available and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond by literally walking the neighborhood we wanted to live in seeking potential sellers. Due to his dedication we now have the home and live in the neighborhood we desired. Anyone living in the Roseville area or looking to locate here who does not use or at least talk with Jim is missing the best Real Estate Agent in the area.
