Jim Brown

Jim is a full time Naples resident since 1999 but originally from New York. He is a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY with a degree in Marine Engineering and spent 13 years in US Navy reserve obtaining a rank of LCDR. Jim spent 30 years in the Power Engineering field as a Controls Engineer and licensed Professional Engineer. Jim obtained his Real Estate license in 2008 and Brokers license in 2016. As a full time licensed Realtor with over 200 transactions, I take pride in fully representing my customers to their ultimate satisfaction in the purchase or sale of a real estate property. Jim specializes in the single-family, condo and income properties within the Naples, Marco Island and Bonita/Estero areas and very experienced in REO's. Jim truly loves SW Florida and maintains up to date knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services. In his free time Jim enjoys ice hockey and boating. His philosophy is to ALWAYS go the extra mile for the customer, period!
