Jim Callahan

Jim grew up in a small town in the northwestern part of Connecticut. He graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut in 1982 with a B.A. in Psychology. He has lived in Virginia Beach for many years with my wife Patty, his daughter Lindsay, and his son, Ryan. Jim also became a proud grandpa to his granddaughter Logan in 2018.

The average real estate agent does eight to twelve transactions per year. Jim has completed over one thousand, which is equivalent to about 100 years' experience. His team has completed over twenty-five million dollars of residential real estate sales in the last twelve months. Jim knows special techniques that get top dollar for a home, and he knows how to overcome hurdles that the average agent has not even encountered.
