Jim Crawford is my hero! As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous to enter the real estate market. Houses were going under contract before they hit the market and I was repeatedly outbid. But every step of the way, Jim was there to reassure me that we would find something I loved. He was also honest and forthright with me when it came to houses that were overpriced and/or items that seemed suspicious. Thanks to Jim, I am now happily moved into my forever home. The irony is that I was outbid on this house not once, but twice! Jim knew how much I loved the house so he reminded me that a lot can happen between "under contract" and "sold". He reached out to the selling agent periodically just to check in and reiterate how much I loved the house. Sure enough, when both people fell through, we were able to submit an offer the same day and we got the house! Jim was able to guide me through all of the paperwork, answering all of my many questions along the way. He was incredibly responsive, responding to all inquiries via email and text the same day (if not the same hour) and he had a great working relationship with my mortgage broker. I am 100% confident that I would not be in my house without Jim. Even after settlement/closing, when I had an issue with the gas boiler, Jim was still responsive and was able to help provide me with my options. Even when I asked questions he wasn't familiar with, he had no problem telling me he didn't know but would find out - and he always did. Jim is friendly, professional, honest, hard-working, and reliable. Five stars are not enough to show how amazing Jim is. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best experience a home buyer could have! Jim is so informative and throughout the whole process we felt confidence and positivity. He was quick to respond to even the smallest inquiries and we were able to view all the houses we wanted to promptly! We intend to live in our home for years to come but if we decide to make a move, Jim will be the first person we contact and I will recommend him to everyone.

Jim Crawford is an amazing realtor! My husband and I just bought our first home thanks to him! We had obviously never been through the home buying process before and we were worried it would be overwhelming and stressful. But Jim made it so easy for us. He was there to walk us through the process step by step. He explained what everything was in detail. And when we called with any questions or concerns he answered his phone right away every time and he always had the answer we needed or even just some words of encouragement.
And on top of all of this he did it during a pandemic!
He showed us so many homes and never let us give up until we found the perfect home for us and our kids. He also got us an awesome house warming gift that we love!! He is so thoughtful and we really appreciate all the time and energy he spent on us!
If you are looking for a painless home buying process Jim Crawford is the guy for you!!

Jim was an excellent realtor. He was responsive and advocated for my interests. He coordinated everything, made things a pleasure, and everything went smoothly, even though it was the early days of covid-19 lockdowns. I would highly recommend him.
