Jim Davis

Jim moved to Southeast Iowa in the 6th grade when his parents were transferred from Georgia. As a young boy, he realized he enjoyed what life had to offer in SE Iowa and quickly developed a passion for the outdoors. Jim is an avid bow hunter with several Boone and Crockets under his belt. He practices QDM on his personal farms hunting for pheasant, turkey, water fowl, and whitetail deer. Jim is in tune with Iowa’s strong agricultural presences and has extensive knowledge of farming practices.

Jim was a stand-out athlete for the Ottumwa Bulldogs. He was a member of the Des Register Elite All-State Football team and played in the Iowa Shrine Bowl. Jim received a Master’s Degree in Education from Iowa State University, B.A. degree from Buena Vista College, and Geospatial Technology Degree from Indian Hills Community College where he discovered his interest in drones. Jim worked in Higher Education for 20 years and was recognized for his dedication, honesty, integrity, loyalty, and customer service by receiving the Iowa Professional of the Year in 2014.

Jim is a certified drone pilot and in his spare time he shoots, edits, and produces videos for world-class offshore boat racing events across the United States. Jim will utilize this technology to showcase your property using innovative marketing to advertise your property to a broad range of qualified buyers.
