With more than 40 years of real-estate experience, Jim Forbus brings seasoned insight and genuine care to every client he serves. He began as an investor in 1981, completing over 20 personal property purchases before transitioning into full-time real estate in 2007. That hands-on background gives him a unique ability to guide buyers and sellers with practical, honest advice.
As the broker for Mission Realty NV, Jim holds multiple advanced designations—including CRS, ABR, SRES, and CNE—and has helped hundreds of families throughout Reno, Sparks, and Carson City. Known for his straight-forward communication and deep local knowledge, Jim is committed to helping clients make confident, informed decisions.
