Our journey start with Jim 10 yrs ago, when we start looking new home and let me admit that Jim is a wonderful observer because he showed us exactly what was in our minds and make it in a very easy way. We recommend Jim to our family n friends n my 3 immediate families found their home by Jim. And now this time when we decide to sell n buy same time and Jim and Jessica (wonderful Dad n Doughter team)gave us amazing confidence and make it possible. Jim was absolutely fantastic to work with in finding our first home. He has a wonderful familiar demeanor, he’s straight forward, and he is fun! We shared many laughs with him! Jim was great to work with. One of the first things he said to us is if we’re gonna do this we need to have some fun. And we did. The whole process of selling and buying a house can be very stressful, but Jim was there for us. Jim is always looking for a long relationship with the customer so you don’t feel like a number. He will let you know if something is not right. I definitely recommend Jim for your real estate agent.

I had the daunting task of trying to sell a home while being remote; however, Jim Garry and his team offered excellent advice and were available to handle all required activities in my absence. As an example of the superlative service his team provided, within the first three days of the house being on the market, there were over 12 showings and we received a legitimate offer. Three weeks later, the sale closed on the house. INCREDIBLE!!!!! Thank you Jim Garry.

I find Jim helpful and cooperative. His daughter also works with him and she’s a hard worker helping with the photos and the showings. I’ve had some difficulty but it doesn’t relate to their work and they are continuing to help me through the issues. My business with Jim is with a rental property and vetting applicants is very important. This is a process that fall largely on landlords. It’s important not to rush through it and to seek a realtor’s professional advice and opinion. I find that Jim has done this for me.

Jim was great to work with! Very professional, always answered his phone when I called, and took whatever time I needed to answer my questions. We had a great repore with each other. Not to mention he's hilarious! Selling my house on my own after thirty four years of wonderful memories was very stressful and daunting. But Jim made it much more bearable. And he sold it in less than twenty four hours. What more could you ask for in a real estate agent! Thank you Jim!

Jim and his daughter were a big help In the home buying process, my situation was unique because I was buying the condo I was currently renting but I have no knowledge in these things. Jim made everything beyond easy, was always there for any questions, and even after closing is still offering his expertise. I will definitely come back to him and his daughter when I try to buy a house down the road and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a home!!!!
