Jim is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with! He helped me by a condominium for my daughter who is headed for medical school. He worked with me virtually and was extremely responsive. He helped me by videoing various properties for me to consider. He had no problem returning to a unit to look and provide more information for me. In addition, all of his recommendations for the services I needed were amazing. I had the best rates, best services, best of everything! I am experienced at real estate purchases and Jim has been by far the absolutely best realtor, confidant and business person I have ever dealt with! I hope I have the opportunity to work with him again!

Working with Jim was an absolute pleasure. I was working very hard to find a house by myself and not having much luck. When I gave Jim the reins, he found many houses, set up dozens of showings, refined searches, and made new lists based on my ever-changing mind.

I've worked with real estate agents in the past but never have I worked with someone who appeared to be working so diligently.
