We met Jim Hamilton in 2006 when we purchased our first home in Charleston. Jim was our agent again in 2017 for both buying and selling a home. He is an outstanding agent and we highly recommended him. Jim is an extremely knowledgeable professional, very detail oriented, is so friendly, patient and helpful through every step of the process. He shows the highest integrity with all parties involved in a transaction, doing the right thing for everyone. He is also a very helpful resource for finding other professionals that may be needed during the buying or selling process, for example, an inspection process.
