Jim recently helped me purchase a home. He was such pleasure to work with. Very detail oriented, helpful and kept me up-to-date every step of the way. He was there for every home inspection, every call with contractors and made great recommendations for financing and escrow attorney. I don't think my home buying process could have been any easier. Even after the sale went through, Jim has been arranging appointments for contractors to finish repairs to make sure the house is ready for us in a few weeks. I highly recommend his services if you are looking to buy a house.

Very satisfied with the service provided with Jim. Very professional. Helped us buy our home in Chapin. Very responsive and did a great job helping me understand the whole process. Jim Herndon came highly recommended to us and for good reasons. Words can’t describe how wonderful it was having Jim as our real estate agent. We didn’t realize we were entering the hottest market in recent memory and after eight long months of searching, many home tours and plenty of help and advice from Jim, we sold our home and purchased our dream home—all in one week. He was there to calm our nerves, answer all of our questions and concerns, take us step-by-step through the selling and buying process and keep us informed at each stage. I had a great experience working with Jim Herndon (Yip Premier Realtor)! He was always available when we needed him. We couldn’t find a house that was already built back in July 2020 so we expressed to him that we wanted to look into building. Jim got right on it, we went and visited multiple builders until we felt comfortable. When we found the floor plan and area we wanted to built in, Jim made sure everything went smoothly for us. His communication was excellent he stayed in touch with the builder and our lender to make sure everything was going as planned & stayed on track. I have been recommending Jim to all of my family and friends that are planning to buy soon! I recommend him to you, you will not be disappointed!
