Jim Kinsey

Jim's great grandfather homesteaded north of Shoshone on the cottonwood ranch. He is fourth generation in the Magic Valley. He loves selling the valley, it is where he likes living and where he raised his family. There is great industry and employment here, but the key is the lifestyle. They fish for prehistoric fish in the Snake river, jump off a bridge for fun and about any other form of recreation you can think of. There is fishing, camping, hiking, boating, skiing and golf readily accessible. They are 90 minutes from an international airport. There are many newer schools in the valley.
