Jim and Linda were wonderful to work with, totally professional and just great people! They genuinely enjoy helping people and it showed in every step of the process. (Our home seller even reached out to them for help with her next home purchase, after she saw how professional, reliable and kind they were with us!) They were always prompt to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. Each brings a unique skill set and perspective to the homes we looked at together, helping us to think through the possibilities, offering both honest opinions and helpful insights and suggestions, which we were very grateful for. Jim and Linda provided consistent support through negotiations, organizing contractors for work that was needed, right through to moving in! Best realtors ever! Linda was helping us with relocating to a different state and was so patient with us. Timing, financials, and location were huge hurtles to overcome when moving to another state 6 months down the road and she delivered like a champ. Jim was right by her side with behind-the-scenes info that only a local would know which made them the perfect Team professionally (and romantically)😀. They welcomed us to the state with open arms, even had us over for dinner - don’t be jealous people!!! Love these two! You will get more than you bargained for when you meet and work with Jim and Linda - in a good way!

Linda is an amazing agent. She listens and goes above and beyond to sell your home. I had a not so good experience with another agent who was arrogant, didn’t listen, and bragged a lot about how great he was. I was a number to that agent. So I looked for another and I was then introduced to Linda. You could tell she cared and I wasn’t a number. That was important to me. She came up with innovative ways to market when the market started to significantly cool down. My home was still sold. I highly recommend her! She is wonderful.

Linda and Jim were excellent in helping us sell our home. We had two different realtors walk through our home and describe their marketing plan. Linda convinced us our home was worth more and we took a chance with her. She was very responsive, organized, and on top of her game. Her and her husband make the perfect team and they are fully committed to helping you.

We were relocating to a new state and they went out of their way to help us, let the moving company in our home, do the final walk through with the buyer, cut our grass, all while we were already relocated. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. We had top notch service from them and Linda is a very smart and will help you get the best deal.
