He maintains an averages of 27 listings, almost all of which are investment or commercial related properties. Some of his sales accomplishments include the sale of the Ferndale Resort, Work Right Building, Lakeview Mobile Home Park, Royal Oaks Resort, The Record Bee Building, Big Oaks shopping Center and many more Lake County Investment Properties. He takes pride in being able to successfully market and sell the higher end investment and commercial properties.
Mr. Magliulo resides in Lakeport, California and is 3-time Past President of the Lake County Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is also very involved in many community activities. He enjoys racquetball, biking, fishing, and golf, and even gets to do them sometimes. He also enjoys just being with his wife, children, grandchildren and other family members.
