After nearly 10 years of real estate experience as an agent for buyers and sellers it has become clear to me that the role of a real estate agent has changed. Technology today gives buyers and sellers the tools to find or list their own homes, but little assistance in managing the process to close the deal.

Today the role of an agent and my role as your agent is to negotiate the best possible outcome and to manage your real estate transaction from start to finish to minimize or eliminate the stress and complications often associated with buying or selling a house.
