Jim is an amazing realtor! My husband and I have been working with Jim for over a year while we tried to find a house. At times, the process was so defeating due to the crazy housing market. However, Jim ALWAYS went above and beyond for us and continued to bring the positivity! Very honest and professional, very knowledgeable about everything with homes, has years of experience with real estate on different levels. Would be very hard to find another realtor of Jim's professionalism and knowledge of the quality of a home build weather it be new construction or a rehab. With the market being very hot for a while now I would do yourself a favor and have jim as your realtor it could save you thousands and maybe even more. There are realtors who are more like salesmen nowadays who do not care and just want to push houses, they do not have knowledge to be able to identify problems that homes may have and if they do they may not divulge the information because they just want to make a sale.
