When we were looking for a home we were caught in the middle of some personal struggles and financial difficulties. We had a limited budget and even more limited time to get things done. Jim Silva was absolutely the best to work with!! He was always readily available to answer our questions. He made his schedule flexible to show us houses at any and all times of day or night. Not only was he super knowledgeable of the whole process but he was personable and make things easy for us to understand. A lot of the homes in our price range were in horrible condition. Jim worked extra hard to research not only the prices for us but also the conditions and neighborhoods. He made sure to not waste our time and only show us the best of the best. He always made us feel like we were million dollar clients. when difficulties arose he always communicated promptly what was going on but he always provided options for solutions as well. We never felt left in the dark or misled. By the end, we felt like family! Jim is an honest, hardworking, genuine person. There aren't many people like him these days let alone in real estate. He made our dreams of owning a home come true. Our house has everything we needed and wanted plus more!! I recommend Jim Silva to everyone I know.

Jim was great from the first phone conversation I had with him to even helping after we purchased our first home. He only search properties that met my criteria. He didn't try to upsell us on something more costly. He was knowledgeable about repairs done to homes, repairs that would need to be done and would tell us if he didn't recommend a home based on the repairs done or needed. He negotiated great for us to the point where we were able to get a home we didn't think we could afford originally. But Jim got the price down, got us cash back from the seller. We didn't put any money down and walked away with a check for over $1100. The closing was simple. His recommendations for the inspector and lawyer were rock solid. Everything went smooth. After we moved in we had a slight problem with the washing machine and Jim was very helpful in reaching out to the realtor that sold the home. I would highly recommend Jim. I am a 'remote seller' meaning I live out of state. Jim handled all the required nuances of selling my former home very well. This was not an easy sale as previous tenants had done damage and most items had to be repaired or replaced in the home. Jim met with contractors, and service technicians with no problem.
