About Jim

The Steimer family has been involved in Arizona Real Estate since the 1970s, when my parents, Len & Maryann Steimer, became the first of 3 generations to sell AZ real estate with Realty Executives. My brother is a general contractor and has built custom homes in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley for over 30 years.

I have been selling homes and lots in the Valley for 36 years. My daughter Jamie, and my son Sean, are third generation Realtors with Realty Executives as well as being third generation Arizonans on my wife’s side of the family. Sean’s fiancé, Dani, is part of our full-time family team as well and will be an official Steimer in 2025.
