Jim Waller

Jim is a native of the Champaign-Urbana area and he specializes in the sale of new and existing homes in Champaign, Urbana, St. Joseph, Mahomet, Tolono, Monticello, Rantoul, and other small towns in the area. He has been licensed since 1984 and Jim has been able to help over 1,000 people buy or sell a home in that time.

His love of sales/service started in 1976 when he was hired by Nobel's Shoes at Market Place Mall. It helped to teach him about working for his customers and being able to find ways to satisfy their shoe needs. This experience was a great transition to what he does with all his buyers and sellers today.

Jim's focus is not only on giving back to his clients, but he also likes to give back to the industry that has given him so much. In 2016-2017 Jim was President of the Champaign County Association of Realtors and before that, he had served on several of the committees that help in the running of the Association. In his personal life, he has been involved in St. John's Lutheran Church as both an elder and a school board member.
